These steam tugs were seen all over the Great Lakes from 1900 until their conversion to diesel during the 1950's. Our kit is a waterline model, based upon the Great Lakes Towing Company's 81' L.C. Sabin. Looks great with our barge (HO-1008), or helping to dock our freighter (HO-1050). Model measures 11" X 3.25". Fun project and a unique addition to your layout that nobody else will have!
