This “Devil” is truly a horrible fellow! With his fiery red skin, goat feet and horns, he spreads fear and terror. In his right hand, he has a trident for tormenting the poor souls in Purgatory. In his left hand, he is holding a skull, and his right hoof, which he has instead of a foot, is standing on more skulls. Furthermore, he is dressed in a black loincloth and therefore could also easily be used as a disguised carnival jester.
