With the Kröger HKD 302, a fully functional three-way tipper is now entering into the 1:32 portfolio. WIKING is turning this tipper into an appealing precision model because it offers a great number of features, such as hatches that open in various different ways, which can also be implemented in the model version. The prototype has set a standard that benefits large-scale agricultural businesses. Possessing a maximum tare weight of 4.6 tonnes, it offers a payload of 14 tonnes. These metrics allow the Kröger HKD 302 to reach a loading volume of 22.8 m³. Endowed with a length and width of 5.3 and 2.55 metres, respectively, the load area makes maximum use of the possibilities allowed by road traffic. Functional, suitable for everyday use and true to the original: these are the attributes that allowed the 18-tonne drawbar trailer to establish itself in agricultural applications as the most economical and flexible transport combination.

WIKING has managed to carry the authenticity of the original over to the 1:32 scale model. The chassis with swing axle and draw bar remains in zinc. While the flatbed with its boardwalls keeps its authentic design, the delicate brand imprint completes the original appearance. The tyres have a typical road profile. WIKING has reduced the wheel rims to stay true to the original Kröger. The leaf springs of the axles simulate the real spring function. The lift cylinders are fully telescopic and pivoted. The front trailer pedestal is faithfully replicated. The rear bumper is metal and complements the detailed appearance with a centrally installed trailer coupling with typical drawbar look. The rear lights of the trailer are plastic, as is the fender.
