Description:
What an awe-inspiring look for the Henschel! Pulling the two-axle Aral tanker trailer, the mighty Henschel serves us as a reminder of the emerging boom years of fuel supply transports in the Federal Republic. After their previous release of the Henschel cab-over, WIKING has now miniaturised another classic in the history of tanker trucks. Aral’s efforts to expand their logistics operations in their various sales branches began as early as the nineteen-fifties. The times called for powerful tankers capable of ensuring the fuel supply to the constantly growing network of petrol stations while also offering the largest possible cargo capacity for supplying industrial customers. With this Henschel, the lorry makers from Kassel put their first horsepower flagship of the post-war era on the roads of Germany. Tractor unit with driver's cab traffic blue, roof surface imprinted white. Crimson red interior, radiator grille black with silver Henschel star. Two-axle chassis with bumpers, cardan part, rear fenders and wheel rims black. Silver-grey fifth wheel plate. Driver's cab with all-around ornamental strips and door handle in silver, driver's cab doors with Aral logo imprinted white. Tail lights imprinted red. Semi-trailer with traffic blue tank. Running board with checker plate and filler neck silver. Black wheels and double fenders. Tanker trailer flanks with white Aral BV logo. White Aral BV logo and lettering “Feuergefährlich” (flammable) on the rear. UPC: 4006190806978
