Description:
This type of crane was formerly used in renowned engine sheds. Even today, they are still in operation on many museum railroads. This crane model is universally applicable. It consists of a high socle with a lateral staircase leading to the platform made of genuine wood. The wooden crane operator’s cabin is octagonal and 360o degrees rotatable. With lifting and lowering crane boom. Crane hook with filigree and moveable metal chain. It leads through an opening at the bottom side of the socle from where it can be pulled in order to move the hook. Including container for coals to hang. All wooden parts already painted. Can be illuminated with Busch LEDs 5998. Kit. The coal bunker consists of a base plate and the perfect reproduction of rusty T beams. Into their sections are fitted loosely 36 logs made of genuine wood. This item can also be used as container for all kinds of bulk goods, e.g. building supplies. Kit.
