Some light wear and small marks but overall in good condition, nothing obviously missing or broken. One of the front doors has lost its closing spring, we were unable to get it back in place. We've re-glued some windows that came loose and reinforced the rest. Our large scale testing ability is limited but it runs smoothly both directions and all lights appear to work. Looks to be DCC ready and have the ability to use overhead for power but neither has been tested. Includes packaging.
